Ferrari Trento will be the official sparkling wine of the prestigious pop-up restaurant A-Ma-Re Capri, the restaurant of Capri Palace, responsible for the culinary offerings at NOMAD St. Moritz. This event is dedicated to art and design, reserved for a select audience seeking extraordinary experiences. The event, scheduled from February 20 to 23, will provide an intimate and refined atmosphere, far from traditional large exhibitions, within the enchanting yet under-construction Klinik Gut.
Starting on February 19, with the anticipated opening night celebrated with Ferrari Perlé Trentodoc, and throughout the weekend, the pop-up restaurant of Capri Palace will welcome an international community of collectors and enthusiasts. This exclusive space has been designed by architect Giuliano Andrea dell’Uva to celebrate the union between aesthetics, design, and flavors.
The undisputed stars will be the Ferrari bubbles, accompanying the aperitif moment and the signature menu crafted by Executive Chef Salvatore Elefante. The menu will enhance authentic Campanian culinary traditions, reinterpreting iconic dishes with mastery and creativity.
