Ferrari Perlé Zero, Cuvée Zero17 is a Vitae ‘Gem’ in the 2025 Wine Guide
The Ferrari Perlé Zero Cuvée Zero17, Trentodoc was awarded the “Gem” in the 11th edition of Vitae – La Guida Vini, published by the Italian Sommelier Association.
The ‘Gem’ (La Gemma) identifies Quattro Viti wines that have obtained a score of 94/100 or more. It is therefore the most prestigious recognition of one of the most authoritative guides in the sector, whose 2025 edition was presented on Saturday November 16th at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence.
The Ferrari Perlé Zero Cuvée Zero17 is a pas-dosé characterised by being a mosaic of vintages that ages at least six years on the lees; a cuvée that marvellously synthesises the deepest essence of mountain Chardonnay, worked partly in steel, to enhance the fruit and emphasise the aromatic elegance of the grapes, and partly in wood, to give structure and richness of flavour to the palate. Finally, the long bottle ageing adds depth and expressiveness to this truly unique sparkling wine.
In the same edition of the Guide, the Ferrari Riserva Lunelli 2016, Trentodoc with a score of 92/100 and the Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore 2015, Trentodoc with 91 points, also won the Quattro Viti award, confirming Ferrari Trento’s commitment to creating sparkling wines of excellence.
