The Ferrari Winery awarded by Gambero Rosso “His Excellency Italy 2012”
The Ferrari Winery is one of the 16 Italian companies which can bear the title “His Excellency Italy 2012”, an award created by Gambero Rosso and recognized to those who stand out for the high quality of their creations and for the affirmation of the best productions of our country. The reasons for the choice are based on the selections for the decision: “It is a “Ferrari” – but in this case, not just sharing quality designs and products but also the very name of Ferrari, – of Italian wine. Maybe because they produce bubbly, the fact is that the members of the Lunelli family use the weapon of charm (besides quality) as a characteristic element in their communication. Today the third generation is at the helm of the company bought by the grandfather and consolidated by the parents. Four cousins working harmoniously in the key management and policy development positions.”
The award was given today in Rome to Marcello Lunelli, Ferrari Vice President and President of the Castelbuono Estate (in the picture together with Paolo Cuccia, ceo of Gambero Rosso), for, as stated in the grounds of the decision, “bravely wanted and guided personally the creation of the new spectacular Castelbuono winery, designed by Arnaldo Pomodoro and inaugurated in June. “
