The American skier, Lindsey Vonn, Goes Big at Cortina
Lindsey Vonn takes first place in the downhill and the Super G at the Cortina Alpine Skiing World Cup and celebrates with Ferrari sparkling wine.
Sunday’s victory was especially memorable in that it was her 62nd World Cup win making her the second only person in history to achieve this feat. She shares this honor with fellow skier and world record holder, the Austrian, Annemarie Moser-Proell.
This success was immediately surpassed on Monday when Vonn won her 63rd World Record title in the Super G. There was a lot of joy on the podium when she sprayed Ferrari Jeoboam and Magnum bottles in celebration.
