Ferrari Trentodoc chosen as one of the nine stars in the Somms Under Fire competition
Somms Under Fire is a famous event that each year in Austin, TX, pits three of the most famous American sommeliers against each other in a race to select the best food and wine pairings. They will be judged by a jury composed of renowned celebrities in the food and wine sector.
Ferrari Perlé 2007 Trentodoc will be one of the nine celebrated wines presented in this grand competition. This year the participants will be Luke Boland, Wine Director of La Sirena, latest New York restaurant of Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich, Blake Leja, disctrict manager of Signature Luxury Wine and Spirits, and Ryan Robinson, Manager and Sommelier at Ruth Chris Steakhouse in Boise, Idaho.
